Membership in the BNA
The Boulevard Neighborhood Association was founded forty years ago. From its launch by a group of residents keen on achieving historic recognition for their homes and neighborhood, membership has waxed and waned as homes have changed hands and the neighborhood has evolved. For a time, the organization morphed into the Old Durango neighborhood association, and included blocks to the east of the Boulevard, then morphed back into the BNA as known today, with full membership available only to Boulevard homeowners.
In 2025, things could change again. An Ad-Hoc committee formed at the October 2024 annual BNA meeting to consider altering bylaws and membership requirements. The BNA would like to include more neighbors in the organization, if interest exists. A forthcoming electronic survey will serve as the first source of information from the community surrounding East Third Avenue to explore extending membership to those renting, as well as residents of blocks to the east.
Your participation in the Boulevard Neighborhood Association helps further our mission and vision. Scroll down to see current membership levels and dues. If you would like to join, please submit a Membership Application. Dues or donations are tax deductible, consult your tax preparer/ professional.
