Halloween on the Boulevard is like nowhere else in Durango. A canopy of autumn cloaked trees creates a path of kickable leaves; historic homes- some of which lend themselves perfectly to seeming haunted houses. Families bring children here from rural areas where trick-or-treating doesn’t take place, for the welcoming atmosphere along Third Avenue.
